DAR Metal starts on a project by making sure we receive the
materials from our suppliers in good condition, even with
just unloading our own people are very responsible & strict
in making sure the materials are not damaged.
From the
supervisor to the forklift operator to the support
personnel, we make sure everything is done precisely and
safely.
Once the
materials have been safely unloaded, they are brought
inside the factory area.
Depending as
to which factory it is unloaded at(we have factory #1, #2 &
#3) it is placed along with the other stored materials
within easy reach and access for immediate fabrication.
Depending on
the agreed contract between client and DAR Metal, the
materials are immediately arrange by making inquiries and
sending purchase orders to suppliers.
Our
engineering department is responsible for any technical
preparation like material orders, shop drawings, submittals.
Likewise they oversee the overall execution of a project
from start to finish.
